In the late 90s, Skene performed "It-tieg ta' Karmena Abdilla", a
well known comedy written by one of Malta's best comedians Charles Clews. The brilliant comedy was performed in various theatres both locally and abroad. After nearly 10 years, the same cast got together to put up "Karmena Abdilla - 10 snin wara" (Karmena Abdilla - 10 years after), another comedy by Charles Clews.

Most of you have seen "it-Tieg ta' Karmena Abdilla", and still ask
about the Maltese rough lady. Karmena has married Pacifku Sciberras and since then had a son - Rupert. Rupert, his half brother Ninu (now known as Tony), Gori, Perpetwa and Uncle Fred from the States, together with new characters have continued to make mayhem out of Karmena Abdilla's life!

The cast is made up of Pamela Schembri, Andre Penza, Robert Pulis, Stephanie Galea, Marvic Massa, Ryan Dugo, Robert Cropp, Elizabeth Farrugia, Brian Galea, Mark Mifsud, Raul Briffa, Jonathan McKay, Antoine Borg, Sarah Lee Zammit amongst others.
